Lost Property

At every event, there is a tent by Event HQ, where all of your lost property is displayed. Any property handed into us during or at the end of an event will go here.

If you are missing any of your items during the event, please check here to see if it has been handed in.

• Any items of value (e.g. wallets, medication, glasses) may be held at Event HQ.
• Any breakable items (e.g. glass), liquids or soiled items cannot be kept between events.
• We hold onto each item for 1 year.

Every event we collect, transport and store this lost property to give you the opportunity to recover your items.

Between events, we will photograph and share new items of lost property through our Lost Property facebook group where you can identify and claim your items.

Items that aren’t claimed after a year are either:

• Handed over to Game Team for use in the game, or
• Given away to newer players, or
• Disposed of

New Player Kit

A separate area will be set up outside Event HQ for any kit that is available for new players This will include adult and young player kit.

Any new players are welcome to come and have a look through either of these collections for items that would be suited to their characters. There is no charge for these items.
