For a cost of '''3 stamina''', and after spending '''at least two minutes''' studying a battle or skirmish in progress, or a visible military position or hostile force, the player may tell a referee what they have observed and what intelligence they have gathered, and then ask one question about the enemy's tactics or disposition of troops.
