At a cost of 3 stamina, plus one stamina for each target receiving the effect the character may, by spending at least 30 seconds giving a speech, or otherwise audibly inspiring bravery in those around them, granting up to 12 people who heard the speech immune to fear and mind effects for one minute. This skill may target between 3 and 12 nominated allies (and will therefore cost between 6 and 15 stamina). Note: This effect is an exception to the standard limit of 3 active boons per character. Note: The number of stamina points the character receives each day depends on how many skills they know that use them, see Magic Points, Stamina and Work Units. Note: Pinnacle Skill, a character may only have one Pinnacle skill. |
