Description At the cost of 2 stamina, the character can engage in negotiation with the subject for at least two minutes. After that time, the player may ask the subject which is the most important of the topics discussed to them.

As with the Detect Lies skill, either the character or the subject may request a referee to administrate. See Interrogation.

The subject does not know that this skill has been used, unless they have a special ability that lets them know (the question and answer themselves take place out of character).

Note: that this ability may be foiled by the skill Subterfuge.

See Information Gathering for more on information-gathering skills.
