Description	Twice per day, the character can give a speech lasting at least thirty seconds, at the end of which they can grant a group of up to 5 people who heard the speech the ability to resist one fear effect each, which must be used within one hour. Multiple uses of this effect do not stack; the recipient cannot benefit from this ability again until they have used the resistance or the hour has passed.
