Description	This skill requires the character to engage in conversation with the subject for at least two minutes. After that time, the player may identify one statement the subject made since the conversation began and ask them if that statement is true. The subject must honestly answer one of the following: True: The statement is true to the subject's knowledge. False: The statement is false to the subject's knowledge. Partially True: The statement mingled truth and untruth. Unknown: The subject does not know if the statement was true, i.e. it was a guess or speculation. If desired, the player using this skill may request a referee to administrate. In this case, the referee will ask the subject (out of the player's earshot) the truth of the matter and then provide one of the above responses as appropriate. The subject does not know that this skill has been used, unless they have a special ability that lets them know (the question and answer themselves take place out of character). Note that this ability may be foiled by the skill Subterfuge.
