| Description | This rite must be performed over the body of a dead creature who has not previously been raised as an undead. It protects the creature’s body and spirit from being raised as an undead. At the conclusion of this rite, the creature’s spirit travels immediately to its afterlife at the Pole of Spirit, if it has not done so already and there is no other impediment to it doing so. |
