Description	The character can, at a cost in materials and magic points, invest magical items such as wands, rings, amulets, brands and tattoos with up to nine charges (see Invocation), via the Invest Talisman rite. Investing items also requires knowledge of the relevant spellcasting skill for the spells to be invested.
