| Description | Once per day, the character can give a speech lasting at least thirty seconds, at the end of which they can render up to 12 people who heard the speech immune to fear effects (per the skill Fearlessness) and mind effects (per the skill Iron Will) for one minute, only as long as they are charging or attacking. |
