GoD Team

Our Games Organisation Desk (GoD) Team is essential in making sure our players have what they need for the event. They issue your character cards, coin and resources and manage in game mechanics such as foraging and gathering..

GoD is open every day from the gate opening until the game has ended. The team works in shifts over the course of the weekend.

When you are not on shift, you are free to play the game.

What the role involves

As a member of the GoD Team, your role will include the following activities:

  • Setting up the GoD space and pre-preparing resources
  • Being one of the first points of contact for players attending events
  • Answering player queries
  • Managing character cards and resources
  • Facilitating resource and creator skills
  • Other administration tasks such as recording thefts/finds
