| Description | The character has mastered the art of preventing enemies taking advantage of weaknesses and gaps in their armour.
For a cost of 1 stamina per use, when hit by an arrow, crossbow bolt, or melee weapon attack with a Mundane Through call, the character may take the damage as armour hits rather than bypassing the armour. Note: Damage from Artefact, Corporeal, Elemental or Spirit Through calls cannot be affected by this skill. Note: If the attack does more damage than the character's armour can absorb, the remaining damage is taken as physical hits in the normal way. For example, if a character wearing light armour used this skill against an arrow, they would take one armour hit and one physical hit. Note: This skill grants 5 Stamina per day. The number of stamina points the character can benefit from each day depends on their cap. See Magic Points, Stamina and Work Units for more. |
