Description	The rite invests a set of mastercrafted quality thief's tools or locksmith's tools, in a similar way to a magician's path focus. Crafted tools can only be invested for one year and cannot be maintained. Mastercrafted tools may be maintained with this rite every year. By default, this rite is limited to lesser tools; with research, an Arcane Saboteur may be able to invest average or greater tools that grant various bonuses, at a greater cost in ether. The tools may be used by the caster to pick mechanical locks or disable mechanical locks which have been enchanted to prevent them being picked or disabled, per the Arcane Saboteur skill.
